Position Summary At Sam’s Club, we’re committed to delivering exceptional value and experiences to our members. The Manager, Marketing – In-Club Experience & Signage, will join a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on bringing our brand to life in communities across the country. In this role, you’ll lead our in-club signage marketing channel, contribute to strategic planning efforts, and support innovation projects that enhance the member experience.
Job Description
Lead our in-club signage marketing channel and provide input on the planning efforts that align with Sam’s Club’s broader business goals.
Manage in-club signage and member-facing communications to ensure consistency and clarity across all projects and activations.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Membership, Creative, Real Estate, Operations, and Compliance—to align marketing plans with club timelines and business priorities.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for agency partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in marketing or retail strategy—preferably in a cross-functional or omni-channel environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and with external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, social, direct mail, and in-club activations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 1 year's experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
