Contribute to the Division's smart spending agenda through research, policy analysis, and operational support, with a focus on spending efficiency and student and teacher allocation systems. Guide the collaboration on projects leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and new technologies to improve teacher attraction, retention, and skills, as well as strengthen student trajectories, including project conceptualization, implementation support, and evaluation design and execution. Conduct stakeholder engagement with governments and technology firms through meeting coordination, agenda preparation, documentation of outcomes, and additional project management tasks as needed. Bolster our research and technical assistance initiatives centered around the efficiency and equity of resource allocation. Work on using techniques from new technologies — such as machine learning — to improve resource allocation and educational outcomes. What you'll need
Education: Master's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Economics, Public Policy, Education, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role. Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in public policy or education. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable. Requirements
