Responsibilities:
You’ll perform continuous quality assurance inspections for all construction and renovation projects across facilities.
You’ll validate compliance with building codes, standards, and approved construction documents to ensure construction quality and design intent.
You’ll conduct detailed construction oversight to confirm building soundness, durability, and long-term maintenance considerations.
You’ll prepare and submit daily site inspection reports verifying compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes.
You’ll coordinate in the field with clients, contractors, designers, consultants, and regulatory agencies to resolve construction issues.
You’ll monitor and document contractor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, for field changes and time-and-material work.
You’ll participate in construction, safety, and coordination meetings to support project progress and compliance.
You’ll verify equipment and materials installation and coordinate third-party material testing and inspections.
You’ll review contractor schedules, measure and record pay quantities and provide input on potential change orders.
You’ll maintain detailed daily records of all on-site construction activities to support accurate documentation and reporting.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of field experience.
Bonus: USACE CQMC certification.
$90,000 - $130,000 a year
