What You Will Do Be a Team Leader

Oversee daily front-office operations.

Conduct regular check-ins to review priorities and workflows.

Train, support, and provide coverage for coordinators as needed.

Partner with Owner and Clinic Directors to strengthen collaboration between admin and clinical teams.

Provide Operational Oversight

Ensure accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and authorizations before visits.

Review collections and reconcile payments daily.

Manage and approve timecards and PTO in ADP, ensuring policy compliance.

Coordinate payroll approvals and resolve discrepancies with leadership.

Communicate key trends, challenges, and process improvements to regional leadership.

Collaborate

Align administrative workflows with clinical operations to optimize patient care.

Partner with RCM and Payroll teams to maintain revenue accuracy and compliance.

Participate in leadership meetings to share updates and propose solutions.

Provide a Positive Patient Experience

Maintain a welcoming, patient-centered atmosphere.

Ensure all interactions reflect empathy, professionalism, and care.

Address escalated patient issues promptly and collaboratively.

Support the team in achieving strong satisfaction and retention outcomes.

High School Diploma or GED, required.

Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection processes, required.

Prior experience working in a medical office, therapy clinic, or in an administrative leadership role, highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage and coach a team effectively.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.

Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between clinical and front-office teams.

USD $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
