Provide exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with brokers and associated parties Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices Draft and process transaction-related documents such as leases and engagement letters Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databases What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
