Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes Gather data and real estate market information for presentations and meetings Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into databases What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
