What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Track and report lease expirations and critical dates for clients
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in documentation for transaction management
Handle general administrative duties and ensure quality transaction information entry into databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in drafting and processing RFPs and LOIs
Familiarity with portfolio reporting and data manipulation
Knowledge of real estate market data and financial analysis
