What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, such as brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Draft and process all requests for service or client initiation documents
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with commercial lease agreements and negotiation processes
Familiarity with real estate market research and data analysis
Knowledge of transaction management technology and software
