We’re hiring: Research Scientist I – Analytical Chemistry! We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Research Scientist I to join our team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in analytical chemistry, with hands‑on experience in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.

$75,358 – $82,888 (Dependent on Experience)
What You’ll Do
Have a background in analytical chemistry and experience working in an analytical lab.
Use common bench chemistry techniques such as preparation of reagents and buffers, titration, auto‑titration, pipetting, etc.
Have experience with chromatographic separation (HPLC, GC) and/or metrological instrumentation.
Follow established procedures, protocols, or best practices to analyze development samples for medical device projects.
Perform assigned tasks under minimal supervision in support of approved projects and documents.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in chromatography, spectroscopy, bench chemistry and other analytical techniques.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
