We’re seeking an experienced
Loan Servicing Manager
to lead and evolve our loan servicing operations. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of consumer and business loans — including auto, personal, mortgage, credit card, and SBA/USDA programs. You’ll oversee a skilled team, ensure regulatory compliance, streamline workflows, and drive automation efforts that improve efficiency and member service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day servicing operations and staff.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Manage system administration across multiple platforms (FICS, Freddie Mac, SBA, USDA, etc.).
Oversee credit card servicing, document retention, and risk controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows and reporting.
Qualifications:
5+ years in loan servicing or similar banking experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity at a large credit union or bank; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with lending regulations and secondary market requirements.
Comfortable with data, systems, and continuous improvement.
