Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to increase subscription growth and improve retention rates, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends. Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion. Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics. Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel product growth and user engagement. Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies to reduce friction along the key steps of the customer journey. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service teams. You Have
5+ years of experience in product management, with 2–3 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business. Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics, with a strong understanding of the customer journey and a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention. Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization. Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver high global price‑to‑value for users. Experience working with loyalty programs. Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practical applications. Familiarity with user experience best practices, with a keen eye for intuitive design and user journeys; experience conducting user research and usability testing. Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills. Compensation
Base pay ranges vary by location:
San Francisco, CA: $139,000–$216,500 Other U.S. locations (excluding California): $114,500–$205,500 Canada: $145,000–$192,500 CAD Benefits
