This Senior Product Manager will focus on refining our funnel strategies to boost subscriber retention and reduce churn. The role leverages data‑driven experimentation, user behavior, and market trends to implement growth tactics and retention mechanisms.
You Will
Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to increase subscription growth and improve retention rates, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends.
Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion.
Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics.
Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives and propel product growth and user engagement.
Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies that reduce friction along key customer journey steps.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.
You Have
5+ years of experience in product management, with 2‑3 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business.
Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics and a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention.
Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth.
Experience working with loyalty programs.
Familiarity with product management frameworks and their practical applications.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Understanding of user experience best practices and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Compensation Base pay ranges are based on local cost of labor benchmarks. In San Francisco, CA the range is $139,000‑$216,500. Outside California, the range is $114,500‑$205,500. In Canada, the range is $145,000‑$192,500 CAD. The role also offers competitive equity ownership and a generous benefits package.
