Primary Role & Responsibilities
Drive net‑fee booked plan through the Path to Goal concept.
Collaborate with Water leadership on client engagement strategy.
Lead Major Campaigns ($5‑$20M) and coordinate major pursuit opportunities.
Develop and implement key market sector initiatives.
Align internal resources to client needs to achieve Path to Goal.
Secondary Responsibilities
Monitor net‑fee book bookings and marketing cost tracking, adjust projections.
Assist in strategic planning and operational metrics monitoring.
Support staffing: prioritize strategic hires and recruit candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
Local candidates preferred.
Experience developing growth strategies.
Proven skillset to manage marketing and BD teams across Southeast Region areas.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of industry experience.
Self‑starter with limited oversight.
Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and build networks.
Experience in sales and effective win strategies.
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel.
Experience growing programs in new or competitive markets.
Experience winning high‑value contracts in A/E/C.
Experience writing compelling content from technical staff.
