Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
A minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in Program/Project Manager role or similar
Program/project management experience, preferably within Merger & Acquisitions, corporate strategy, or business transformation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred
Program Management Professional certification through Project Management Institute (PMI‑PgMP) preferred
Strong cross‑functional leader who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
Skilled at simplifying complexity and creating structure out of ambiguity
Empathetic communicator who builds trust and fosters collaboration
Strong understanding of corporate M&A processes and post‑merger integration best practices
Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels and functions within a global organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive presence is a plus
