Our client, a global financial advisory firm, is seeking a service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support their team in San Francisco. This is a hybrid, temp-to-perm position. In this role, you will support a team of partners and managing directors by coordinating deadlines, managing sensitive information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. What You’ll Do
Manage calendars, prepare travel plans, and process reports.
Provide administrative support across various locations.
Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage schedule changes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Balance multiple priorities and quickly adapt to new issues.
Assist with email management and timely responses.
Support internal and external events.
Perform general office tasks as needed.
What You’ll Need
High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
At least four years of administrative experience required; experience in a professional environment is a plus.
Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while managing priorities effectively.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Proactive approach to customer service and collaboration with diverse individuals.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
Capacity to adapt to various work settings; able to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods.
Commitment to core values and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Occasional travel may be required.
Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
