Pricing Analyst - Remote
Join Stryker as a Pricing Analyst to evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based on business and competitive market dynamics. Work with Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Finance to position our product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on current business and competitive market dynamics.
Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis while monitoring the competitive environment to protect company reputation and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
Evaluate opportunities to monetize products initially offered at little or no cost, or create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned.
Project the impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience: 6 years of professional experience in lieu of the degree).
Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of data analysis and reporting experience or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP 400, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
Experience supporting an Orthopedic business unit and/or portfolio.
Compensation and Benefits $60,100 - $121,600 base salary plus bonus eligibility.
