Location: 2HEALTH0_Healthcare Division - Overhead

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 / year

We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic Regional Director of Healthcare to spearhead our parking operations within Texas and surrounding states under the prestigious brands of Reimagined Parking. In this pivotal role, the Regional Director will have a primary mandate to manage and enhance a substantial healthcare portfolio. Their responsibilities will be finely tuned to ensure client engagement, satisfaction, financial performance, and the development of a world‑class team in the competitive realm of healthcare parking operations. This role will be overseeing 10-11 locations and will have 8-10 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Client Retention:

Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.

Client Satisfaction:

Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.

Sales and Business Development:

Identify new healthcare business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.

Leadership:

Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company’s vision and values.

Human Resources Management:

Oversee all HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

P&L Management:

Manage financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing and resource allocation. Implement cost‑control measures to maximise profitability.

Operational Planning:

Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes.

Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Financial Management:

Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in Healthcare Parking Operations a plus.

Strong business acumen and the ability to analyse financial data.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Leadership and team‑building abilities.

Proficiency in human resources management.

Ability to travel to meet clients and visit accounts (up to 50%).

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Results‑driven and goal‑oriented.

Valid Driver License with good standing record.
