Head of Business Development – Mantell Associates Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading global CDMO renowned for delivering end-to-end solutions in biologics, cell and gene therapy, and complex drug modalities, and is searching for a Head of Business Development.

As Head of Business Development, you will spearhead the company’s growth strategy across Europe, focusing on expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across biologics, vector development, and GMP manufacturing services.

Head of Business Development - Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company objectives

Identify and target new markets and potential customers

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional opportunities

Negotiateg and close agreements with customers

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Develop and manage marketing campaigns to reach target audiences

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on business development activities

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed

Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing to deliver aligned proposals

Represent the company at global conferences and industry events

Head of Business Development - Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

7+ years of business development experience

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of market trends and industry landscape

Able to develop creative solutions to meet customer needs

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
