Duties and Responsibilities
1. Student and Experience Support:
Ensure an exceptional student experience throughout the program, serve as primary contact and advisor for EMBA students, and collaborate with the EMBA Director of Graduate Studies to form teams within each cohort. Oversee planning for immersion weeks, class days, special events, and graduation. Participate in the program’s annual international trip and develop innovative co‑curricular offerings.
2. Recruitment & Admissions:
Achieve annual enrollment targets, lead recruiting strategy development, identify and contact prospective students, conduct pre‑admission interviews, and coordinate admission and merit‑based financial aid decisions.
3. External Engagement:
Engage with the business community to enhance program delivery, maintain strong alumni relations, and represent the program at relevant conferences and networking events.
4. Marketing:
Lead program marketing in collaboration with the Office of Marketing and Communications, the Graduate School of Management, and other educational partners.
5. Strategic Program and Curriculum Management:
Oversee strategic planning, curriculum development, and program assessment to ensure relevance and alignment with industry trends.
6. Budgeting:
Manage the program budget, track expenses, handle reimbursements, and coordinate textbook and technology purchases.
7. Student Employee Supervision:
Supervise, hire, train, and support student employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum eight years of experience in learning and development or academic program administration, preferably in executive education.
Strong understanding of executive education trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing budgets and proficiency with Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
Demonstrated effectiveness working with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to Jesuit values and principles in education and leadership.
Willingness to travel for program‑related events and international residencies.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in using technology for program management and data analysis.
