Build and expand relationships with large employers (750 - 5,000 employees) to drive new business and long-term partnerships Identify, develop, and close opportunities from initial outreach to signed agreements across your territory Deliver compelling presentations advocating for comprehensive cancer and condition management in employer health strategies Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and close deals efficiently Maintain an accurate sales forecast through analysis of market trends and pipeline health What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of B2B sales experience focusing on large employers within the region Deep understanding of the sales process and experience closing complex deals in a competitive market Proven sales history with consistent quota attainment of 100% for the past 3+ years, closing deals valued at $500K+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
