The College seeks an experienced, visionary, and data-informed enrollment leader to serve as Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). Reporting directly to the President, the VPEM will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and a strategic partner in shaping the College’s future.
The VPEM will oversee the Offices of Undergraduate Admission and Financial Aid and play a central role in advancing the College’s Imagine LVC Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrollment Marketing Plan, Campus Master Plan, and major fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of all full-time student recruitment efforts, ensuring the College meets its goals for enrollment, net revenue, and student diversity—geographic, socioeconomic, and cultural.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, collaborative, and analytically driven, able to make data-informed decisions that align enrollment strategy with institutional mission and market realities. The VPEM will lead efforts to strengthen LVC’s presence in primary markets while cultivating growth in new regions and populations.
Qualifications include:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, with a demonstrated record of enrollment growth and improved class quality.
A strategic and visionary mindset coupled with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
Proven ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging, and strategic planning.
Experience collaborating with marketing, communications, and public relations teams to support student recruitment.
A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
