Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist Pinnacle Partners is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a real estate client in Indianapolis. This role is responsible for managing cash flow and accounts payable functions for development entities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred

3+ years of AP experience; development job costing is a plus

Proficiency with Excel and accounting software

Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills

Ability to problem‑solve and meet deadlines

Experienced in reconciling credit card transactions and ensuring accurate GL coding

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices, check runs, wires, and ACH payments

Maintain accurate cash balances and manage funding requests

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Support reporting, credit card billbacks, and 1099 processing

Assist with deposits, filing, and special projects as needed

Salary: $45,000.00–$65,000.00
