Finance/Sales Manager

Position Overview The
Finance/Sales Manager
is responsible for assisting customers with financing options, maintaining compliance with all lending regulations, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and finance within the automotive industry and a proven ability to lead, close deals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Oversee the dealership’s finance operations.
Present financing and extended service options to customers in a transparent, compliant manner.
Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure the best terms for customers.
Review all purchase agreements and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize gross profit and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor sales staff on finance products and sales techniques.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and finance performance goals.
Ensure a professional, positive experience for every customer.
Qualifications
Minimum 4
years of experience
as a Finance Manager and Sales Manager in an automotive dealership.
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
