Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Benefits Advisor, located in Chattanooga, TN with some work-from-home flexibility. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and managing employee benefits. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer service, conducting sales presentations, educating clients about insurance options, and training employees on benefits programs.

Experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance
Proven Sales and Training experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $39,600.00 - $46,700.00
