The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales activities. The role involves direct interaction with clients, managing relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering product knowledge.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and developing team members
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Knowledge of the insurance industry is beneficial
