Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Monroe, LA. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and staying informed about industry trends and changes in the market.
Qualifications
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies
Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus
