Job Description and Duties Under the supervision of the Research Data Supervisor II, the Staff Services Analyst is responsible for receiving and reviewing both public and internally submitted Customer Service Request (CSR) tickets through the Maintenance Service Request database. The analyst creates service requests in the Integrated Maintenance Management System (IMMS), forwards them to the appropriate maintenance crews or responsible division, and responds to public inquiries regarding ticket status via email or phone. Must be customer service‑oriented, possess strong computer skills, and consistently deliver high‑quality work within designated timeframes with minimal supervision. This position follows a Monday–Friday, 5/40 workweek schedule and is based in the District 7 office.
Special Requirements and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be 1–2 pages, 12‑point font, describing your experience as it relates to this position. Resumes and cover letters will not replace the SOQ. Failure to include and complete the SOQ may result in disqualification for interview.
