Job Overview
Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – Full‑time position located at 20350 Se Highway 212, Damascus, OR.
Base pay range: $26.00/hr – $27.00/hr (Hiring Minimum: $26.10, Hiring Maximum: $27.74). Salary may increase with performance and merit.
Position schedule: Full‑time.
Posting will remain open for 30 days from 21-Oct‑2025, unless filled earlier.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions, ensuring a positive client experience.
Assist financial advisors in account opening, transfers, and processing transactions.
Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and support marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collate and update SOPs, and execute branch business plans.
Participate in the annual business‑planning process and strategy development.
Listen for situational cues indicating a need for additional services and proactively communicate with clients.
Qualifications
Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Conversational Skills, Digital Tool Utilization, Team Collaboration.
Administrative and operational support experience, using platforms such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
Ability to work independently with direction from a financial advisor.
