Base Pay Range $26.10 – $27.74 per hour. (Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.)

Job Overview As a Branch Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors and assisting clients in achieving their long‑term financial goals. You will provide administrative support, manage client accounts, and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.

Assist with account opening, transfers, and other routine requests directed by the financial advisor.

Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, and maintain accurate client records.

Support marketing initiatives, including event planning and execution.

Maintain and streamline processes, updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan.
