The Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) are responsible for signing strategic, high‑value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network. This role is key to ensuring that we have the right agencies in each market to meet all referral needs.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high‑potential home care agencies, including cold calling and prospecting.
Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom’s value and set expectations for their experience with our referral programs.
Sign new agencies that meet our customer qualifications and regulatory requirements, managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly sales targets.
Ensure the success of new home care agencies by collecting all required information to complete the agreement and transition them to the onboarding team.
Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity in our CRM.
Communicate regularly with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and prepare weekly reports of accomplishments and goal attainment.
Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience preferred, with a strong background in business development and outbound sales.
Hunter mentality with proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Personal sense of urgency and ability to overcome obstacles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to properly and accurately enter data into CRM tools.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable with data tracking, analysis, and CRM tools.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft and Google suites.
Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000 ($24.04 an hour)
On Target Earnings: $82,500 ($32,500 variable bonus – uncapped)
