Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services, and demonstrating how to thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are their first focus.
They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers by building new relationships and deepening existing ones, uncovering customers’ needs, and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead by example, demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to reach the top.
Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan to keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
Make sure your store is always at its best by approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, actively demonstrating to customers about coverage, unlimited plans, and device/account troubleshooting.
Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, collectively owning the customer experience, resolving issues, removing friction, and identifying small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships, hold the team accountable for the company’s success, and provide first‑class customer experience while having a good time.
