Retail Store Manager
Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a retail team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. As a brand ambassador, they create energy and excitement around our products and services, demonstrating how to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are first. Key responsibilities include: Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to new store programs. Help customers continue their shopping journey, both online and in‑store. Provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology and recommend device and service solutions. Lead by example, selling personalized solutions beyond basic plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Maintain store appearance and operations at all times. Additional responsibilities: Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plan benefits. Complete in‑store experience and new skills training. Build cross‑channel relationships to resolve customer issues and handle small business leads. Share best practices and support team performance. Ideal candidate: Leadership experience in retail or wireless sales. Competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment. Excellent communication skills with team and customers. Operational, financial and performance management proficiency. Prior wireless sales experience.
