Responsibilities
Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff
Support transition to a fully integrated ADP system
Lead full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding
Build recruitment strategies and train hiring leaders on ATS workflows and KPIs
Develop consistent recruiting and onboarding processes
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Conduct employee check‑ins and stay interviews
Support company‑wide recognition programs
Travel every two months to meet with hiring leaders and employees
Qualifications
3–7 years of HR experience
Experience in manufacturing or other fast‑paced environments preferred
Familiarity with ATS platforms; ability to understand and improve workflows
ADP experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
SHRM‑CP preferred
Strong passion for recruiting and onboarding
Proactive, energetic, and confident communicator
Direct, honest, and highly coachable
Able to work with limited information and take initiative
Strong follow‑through and accountability mindset
Personable, relationship‑oriented, and confident working with all levels
