in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a

fully onsite, full-time

temporary assignment lasting approximately

9–10 months .

3–5 years

of progressive, full-cycle

Human Resources Generalist experience .

Required:

Must be

Bilingual in Spanish

to support the workforce effectively.

Industry:

Proven HR experience within a

Manufacturing, Distribution, or Industrial

environment is essential.

Certification:

An active

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred .

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities As the HR Generalist, you will support the HR Director and serve as the face of HR for the employee population.

Employee Relations:

Act as the primary HR contact, guiding employees and managers through policies, disciplinary matters, and investigations.

HR Program Management:

Assist in the administration of key programs, including new hire onboarding, leave management, and performance/talent initiatives.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, and assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.

Data Integrity & Projects:

Manage and maintain corporate employee documentation and provide essential support to the HR Director through research, data analysis, and special projects.
