Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr Position Summary and What you'll do: Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with supervising associates in an assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, and ensuring member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports the Open Door Policy by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Ensures merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies, handling claims and returns, and setting up displays. Monitors food and merchandise quality, product rotation, and sanitation standards. Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs. Demonstrates and supports compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Leads teams, coordinates work assignments, and provides support to ensure quality and timely delivery. Promotes a culture of belonging, teamwork, mentoring, integrity, and customer focus. Delivers results by putting the customer first. Benefits
