Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, and offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology. Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote the company\'s products and services. Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, communicate goals and feedback, train on processes, and guide service approaches to ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines. Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize the sales floor and complete required documentation. Maintain facility safety, conduct safety checks, manage hazardous materials handling, and report unsafe conditions to management. Ensure merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, stock and organize displays, and monitor shrink and damages. Monitor product quality, rotation, recalls, sanitation, and cleanliness across departments; manage zoning and cleaning tasks. Oversee picking and staging of club pick-up orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy and procedures. Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs; analyze information, monitor progress, and address improvement opportunities. Demonstrate and promote compliance with policies, standards of ethics and integrity; support Open Door Policy and assist management in addressing ethical issues. Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and model adaptability to change. Qualifications
