If you are looking for an opportunity to break into the world of sales, Air Charter Service is currently hiring ambitious and driven candidates to join our Group Charter Division as a Sales Consultant.

Whether you have previous sales experience, have worked in a customer-facing role or just have a keen interest in sales and are motivated by constant development, this could be the position for you!

Who is Air Charter Service? Our clients consist of high-net‑worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sport & entertainment organizations. We manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our team focuses on providing high‑quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure our client’s chartering experience is a success.

A Day in the Life

Establish good relationships with clients and team

Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization

Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits

Balance the demands of a work life and a personal life

Keep up to date with market trends; control costs and think in terms of profit, loss, and added value

Set high standards for quality over quantity and consistently achieve project goals

Adapt to the team, consult others and communicate proactively

Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence

Produces a range of solutions to problems

Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process

Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion

Flight watching/oversee flight departures (might involve unsociable hours)

Makes effective use of processes to influence and persuade others

The Training We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have created a detailed 14-month training program for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling!

Month 1-6:

Intensive training in our Flight Services department focusing on process, procedures, flight briefs, and flight set‑ups while working closely with clients and airlines.

Month 7-13:

Training as a Trainee Broker under an experienced mentor while starting the selling process and building a list of potential clients.

Month 9:

Completes broker training at our HQ in London – Surbiton. Classroom training with internal and external trainers alongside other Trainee Brokers from ACS offices worldwide.

Month 14:

Go live – you actively run your own desk, earn commission, and work toward your sales KPIs.
