Executive Assistant

Nashville/Franklin TN (Remote with additional in person meetings & office time)

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination for executives.
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel.
Organize and prepare materials for ExCom and Board meetings.
Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Support high-level meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up actions.
Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in biotech or pharma.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility to support executives across EST and CST time zones.
Base salary range: $90,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package, 401(k) match, and additional perks.
