Supports the development and execution of content that enhances brand engagement and aligns with Adventist Health’s mission, voice, and omnichannel strategy. This role focuses on creating compelling, audience-centric content for digital and print platforms. The specialist collaborates with internal teams and external partners to craft stories, campaigns, and collateral that deepen stakeholder connection, elevate the brand, and support strategic initiatives across the system. Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, english, or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, english, or related field: Preferred Three years' related experience in content development, marketing, or communications: Preferred Experience in healthcare or a mission-driven organization: Preferred Licenses/Certifications
Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age or older: Required Essential Functions
Develops engaging content for digital and print channels, including newsletters, websites, social media, internal communications, and collateral, ensuring alignment with Adventist Health’s brand voice and tone. Collaborates with marketing and communications and clinical teams to identify and tell impactful stories that support strategic initiatives and deepen stakeholder connection. Supports the execution of content strategy by managing editorial calendars, adapting content for various platforms, and ensuring timely delivery within an omnichannel strategy. Assists in tracking content performance and engagement metrics, contributing insights to optimize future content development and storytelling approaches. Plans promotions and events that engage internal and external audiences. Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to evolving organizational needs working environment.
