Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal agencies Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal market Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in business capture and proposal delivery in the government market Proven track record of successfully contracting and closing enterprise-wide solutions Strong reputation for customer success and exceeding quota attainment year over year Extensive knowledge of the federal acquisition process, capture management, and proposal delivery Active Top Secret Clearance (TS, TS/SCI) preferred but not essential
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in key markets such as the intelligence community or federal financial/civilian agencies Established relationships within the government IT and contracting landscape High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence both internally and externally Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a startup environment
