Business Analyst – D365 Global Implementation of F&SC
Full‑time Employee Position on‑site in Lebanon, Oregon. Company will relocate someone.
The ideal person will have experience with integrating and at least one implementation of D365.
Responsibilities
Manage assignments of a dynamic nature; assigned projects and tasks will require broad industry and technical knowledge of D365 F&SC, specifically Finance functionality and Supply Chain.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and to use technology to improve revenue, reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase customer service.
Understand how changes may impact cross‑system integrations.
Generate application design, training, and technical documentation.
Answer feature and functional questions, complete in-depth application research for business, and perform translations (both verbally and in writing) between technical and business groups for system usage, requirements, and gaps.
Map D365 to Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for Finance processes and reports.
Ability to travel when required, up to 25% during implementation and 10% thereafter.
Ensure requirements are clearly defined and technical solutions meet the needs of business partners.
Ensure design, release, and support documentation is created; examples would be Functional Requirements, Functional Designs, Gap documentation.
Serves as a support resource to other ERP team members as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Background expertise in ERP Financials including system configuration; 3 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Finance experience a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications (documentation) with an emphasis toward highly available and scalable global solutions.
Understand fundamentals of project management and execution.
