The purpose of the Workforce Management Analyst is to provide the business with essential data to ensure that we have enough staff to meet demand. The Sr. Analyst will act as a liaison between various stakeholders, provide training and guidance to managers on risk factors, and monitor KPIs to identify variances to plan.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage staffing files and meetings for various groups within the organization.
Serve as First Point of Contact for Workforce related asks. Report/monitor attrition and staffing KPIs and provide recommendations for future planning.
Lead and manage projects related to WFM analytics, provide support while scaling practices through the organization.
Provide training to leaders on best practices. Provide strategic insights to teams while discussing risk factors.
Forecast & plan staffing needs up to 2 years in advance. Perform day to day support on staffing file structure and manage data files.
With minimal guidance be able to speak to long term business strategy and collaborate with TA, Finance, Operations, HR, and other groups as a subject matter expert.
Minimum Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
5 Years of Workforce Management Experience
5 Years of Complex Excel Experience, with specific regard to managing large data sets and interconnecting files
3 Years of Headcount & Capacity Planning Experience
Experience utilizing PowerBI, Tableau, or similar software to source data
Experience with Succession Planning & Attrition Goal Setting
Financial Experience with ability to speak to risk factors and quantify impact
Experience independently managing staffing meetings and working with complex org structures
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Complex Excel skills including knowledge of functions, connecting sheets, arrays, index match, visualizations, pivot tables
Managing large data sets and reporting
Creating data visualizations for various audiencesStrategic & Critical Thinking
Strong knowledge of standard workforce practices & calculations
Attrition planning
Headcount planning
Presentation & listening skills – the ideal candidate will have a strong voice while also providing support to stakeholders
Ability to act as subject matter expert and lead in staffing calls
