Sr Workforce Analyst
Columbus, Ohio 43219 – Onsite
Pay Range $38.00/hr - $47.00/hr
Responsibilities
Manage staffing files and meetings for various groups within the organization.
Serve as First Point of Contact for Workforce related requests. Report/monitor attrition and staffing KPIs and provide recommendations for future planning.
Lead and manage projects related to WFM analytics, provide support while scaling practices through the organization.
Provide training to leaders on best practices. Provide strategic insights to teams while discussing risk factors.
Forecast & plan staffing needs up to 2 years in advance. Perform day-to-day support on staffing file structure and manage data files.
Collaborate with TA, Finance, Operations, HR, and other groups as a subject matter expert.
Act as the first point of contact for workforce related requests and manage staffing meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
5 Years of Workforce Management Experience.
5 Years of Complex Excel Experience, managing large data sets and interconnecting files.
3 Years of Headcount & Capacity Planning Experience.
Experience utilizing PowerBI, Tableau, or similar software to source data.
Experience with succession planning & attrition goal setting.
Financial experience enabling discussion of risk factors and quantify impact.
Experience independently managing staffing meetings and working with complex org structures.
Strong Excel skills: functions, connecting sheets, arrays, index match, visualizations, pivot tables.
Managing large data sets and reporting.
Creating data visualizations for various audiences.
Strategic & critical thinking.
Strong knowledge of standard workforce practices & calculations.
Attrition planning.
Headcount planning.
Presentation & listening skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to look for areas of opportunity & provide solutions.
