Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff Class Action Adams & Martin Group is hiring a full-time, direct hire paralegal in Kansas City, MO. The position requires at least 5 years of litigation experience, trial attendance, preferably within class actions. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week working from home after the orientation period. Responsibilities
Research business entities, individuals, experts, and case-related factual issues. Assist with preparation of pleadings, including cite-checking and preparation of exhibits and / or appellate records. Function as a liaison between the firm, clients / class members and co-counsel. Assist in the collection, organization, and production of documents. Prepare and oversee service of subpoenas. Organize and manage documents using Relativity. Compile information and prepare statistics, charts, graphs, and other summaries to detail findings. Assist with preparation for depositions including preparation of potential exhibits. Assist with trial preparation including preparation of witness lists, exhibit lists, and deposition designations; assembly and preparation of exhibits; coordination of witnesses; preparation of video clips; and trial presentation of exhibits and videos. Attend trial to assist with jury selection, coordinate exhibits, and provide support to the trial team. Assist with notification and claims process following settlement of class cases. Benefits
Base pay range : $75,000.00–$95,000.00 / yr. Relativity experience is a plus.
