Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Multilingual Learner Teacher, located in Wilmington, DE. The Multilingual Learner Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive instruction plans for multilingual learners. Day‑to‑day tasks include designing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing individualized support, collaborating with other educators, and incorporating effective teaching strategies for language development. The role involves frequent communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure each learner's success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in creating and implementing effective lesson plans
Strong understanding of language acquisition and multilingual education techniques
Experience in classroom management and student assessment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creativity and adaptability in developing engaging educational material
Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Relevant teaching certification and qualifications
Prior experience in an educational setting is beneficial
Knowledge of educational technology tools is a plus
