Position is part-time. Base pay range: $20.00/hr — $28.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and offering guidance and support for self‑service technology.
Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns.
Promote Sam's Club products and services, ensuring a consistent and welcoming sales floor experience.
Support management by supervising associates in the assigned area, assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback, and training on processes and procedures.
Maintain merchandise presentation, stock, arrange displays, sign and price merchandise, and handle claims and returns in accordance with company policies.
Ensure safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
Oversee picking and staging for club pick‑up orders, ensuring accurate product selection and staging per company policy.
Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, analyze progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
Demonstrate and reinforce compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and the Open Door Policy.
Lead and participate in teams, coordinate and execute work assignments, and provide support to achieve timelines and quality objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
6 months of retail experience.
6 months of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading and supervising a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates.
