SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Total Rewards Manager

to lead the implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs across Camfil Americas. This role is critical in ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise, HR acumen, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills. This position will report directly to the Vice President of HR for Camfil.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy & Execution:

Design and manage base pay structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs. Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis. Lead the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes. Administer and enhance short-term incentive (STI) programs across regions.

Benefits Administration:

Oversee and administer all employee benefits programs, including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness, retirement (401(k)), and flexible spending accounts. Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of benefits. Coordinate and administer open enrollment processes, new hire enrollment, and COBRA continuation. Lead benefits communication and education initiatives to improve employee understanding and utilization. Ability to be the subject matter expert and act as the first point of contact for assigned client groups on benefits and leaves administration, partnering with other HR representatives at multiple locations across the U.S. Process monthly billing and preparation for payment for all group benefit plans. Align closely with the VP of HR on benefits design. Conduct benefits orientation sessions and provide ongoing education to employees on benefit programs and services.

Compliance & Reporting:

Conduct job evaluations, pay equity reviews, and internal audits. Prepare compensation and benefits reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with national and local regulations (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, etc.), tax regulations, and company policies.

Collaboration & Advisory:

Work in collaboration with Group VP of C&B. Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters. Collaborate with payroll, finance, and legal teams for process alignment and compliance. Support job architecture, career level mapping, and compensation decision-making. Partner with HR and business leaders to calibrate roles, validate job descriptions, and support compensation decisions. Train managers on compensation principles and tools.

Project Leadership:

Lead or contribute to global or regional Total Rewards initiatives, including HRIS implementations and M&A due diligence. Drive continuous improvement and automation of Total Rewards processes.

Typical travel approximately will be up to 25% domestically, with potential for infrequent international travel. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred. 3–5 years’ experience in total rewards, with leadership experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Sage, Workday, SuccessFactors, Mercer). In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and benefits regulations local labor, payroll, and tax laws; regional/global knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, and federal and state employment regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels. Both transactional and strategic. Strong in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP payroll software, and benefits platform software a plus. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; and, strong organizational skills. High degree of professional ethics and integrity; ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Exceptional project management skills including ability to create action plans and timelines. Excellent customer service skills. Self-starting with the desire to own and drive outcomes, with excellent ability to self-manage time and priorities. A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and flexible professional approach.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position requires frequent travel and the ability to work in various environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in each of our factories. The noise level in the work environment varies and hearing protection is required in some work areas in some of our factories.
