Up to $115,000 Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, CA, is seeking an
Accounting Manager
to lead their accounting team and oversee day-to-day financial operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on a leadership role in a growing organization. Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting efficiency and professional growth Partner with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Support audits and maintain proper documentation for internal controls Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing Proven leadership and team management experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/accounting software experience preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to $115,000 Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to grow within a respected manufacturing company
