Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, experienced and strategic Controller to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and drive the development of scalable financial processes. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO to design and implement procedures that strengthen internal controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support global growth. The Controller will be responsible for managing key deliverables, mentoring the accounting team, and serving as a trusted advisor in shaping the company’s financial infrastructure. Compensation

Full-Time This is a critical leadership opportunity for a finance professional who excels at building processes, aligning teams, and partnering with leadership to deliver results. Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CFO to establish and refine accounting policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and relevant international standards. Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability of financial processes. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics. Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. Support strategic projects, including M&A integration, system implementations, and international expansion. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all entities. Financial consolidation experience with multi-site and entities highly desirable. Partner with the CFO to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the leadership team and external stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred). 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or controller-level role. Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and multi-entity/global accounting. Demonstrated success in building processes and scaling accounting functions in high-growth environments. Proven ability to manage complex deliverables with accuracy and speed. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools. Why Join Us?
