What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish and maintain relationships with clients from C‑suite to functional business owners in the healthcare, utility, telecom, insurance, and financial services sectors
Build and manage strong relationships with assigned strategic clients and prospects
Maintain account profiles and strategies, presenting updates to sales and business leaders as necessary
Manage contract negotiations and renewals for services related to customer communications
Cross‑sell and upsell additional products and services within the account base
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree with a strong record of academic achievement
Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling technology and service solutions to C‑level buyers
Proven ability to manage multiple strategic client accounts effectively
Experience leading enterprise‑level, multi‑year contract negotiations
Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, including excellent C‑level oral and written presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
Previous training in and experience with a recognized sales methodology
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
